Employment Terms and Conditions

These Employment Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern your employment with MedWells Care (the “Company”). By accepting employment with MedWells Care, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this document. 2. Position and Duties
You will be employed in the position specified in your offer letter, and you will be required to perform duties as outlined in your job description. You may also be assigned other tasks and responsibilities as the Company deems necessary, including those outside your original job description, provided they are consistent with your role and skill set.
Your duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Providing high-quality care and assistance to individuals in their homes
- Assisting with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication reminders, and mobility assistance
- Providing specialized care for clients with specific medical needs
- Maintaining accurate records and reports of the care provided
- Promoting a positive and supportive environment for clients and their families
3. Employment Status
Your employment status with MedWells Care is [full-time/part-time/temporary]. You will be required to work [number of hours] per week, with specific hours to be agreed upon between you and your supervisor. Any changes to your work schedule will be communicated in advance.
4. Compensation and Benefits

- Display professionalism, respect, and empathy towards clients and colleagues
- Follow all Company policies, procedures, and guidelines, including health and safety regulations
- Regularly meet performance standards set by the Company and complete your assigned duties to the best of your ability
9. Confidentiality and Data Protection
As an employee of MedWells Care, you may have access to confidential client information, personal data, and other sensitive materials. You are required to:
- Keep all such information confidential and not disclose it to third parties without prior authorization.
- Comply with the Company’s data protection policies and applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
10. Termination of Employment
Your employment with MedWells Care may be terminated in the following ways:
- Voluntary Termination: You may resign from your position by providing [insert notice period, typically two weeks] notice in writing to your supervisor.

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the UK.
14. Acknowledgment and Acceptance
By accepting your employment with MedWells Care, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions of employment. Any questions or concerns about the terms outlined in this Agreement should be discussed with your supervisor or HR.
